Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by June 24, 2019. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2019-3008599. Ryan Purnell (2672 Almond Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19125) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in the Counties of Adams, Berks, Blair, Bradford, Bucks, Cameron, Carbon, Centre, Chester, Clearfield, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Franklin, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Monroe, Montgomery, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Perry, Pike, Potter, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne, Wyoming and York.

Medportation, LLC (57 Bellwood Drive, Feasterville, Bucks County, PA 19053) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicles, persons in nonemergency medical paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Bucks and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia.

A-2019-3009677. Thule Transportation, LLC (1137 Passmore Street, 1st Floor, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19111) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by wheelchair and scooter accessible motor vehicles, persons in paratransit service, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia to points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, and return.

A-2019-3010018. Reuben L. Ruppert (4061 Flint Valley Road, Mount Pleasant Mills, Snyder County, PA 17853) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles from points in Snyder County to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Lonnie Brown, t/a BLB Express (826 Mitchell Road, Indiana, Indiana County, PA 15701) persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in Indiana County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2019-3010034. Angela Miller (181 Black Mill Road, Sunbury, Northumberland County, PA 17801) in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in Northumberland and Dauphin Counties, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2019-3010053. Black and Black Transportation, LLC (1410 Lincoln Avenue, Prospect Park, Delaware County, PA 19076) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in Pennsylvania, excluding points in the Counties of Lehigh and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of persons by transfer of rights as described under the application.

A-2019-3010061. Renegade Tours, Inc., t/a Renegade Wine Tours, Inc. (8368 Oswald Drive, Germansville, Lehigh County, PA 18053) for the approval of the transfer of 100 shares of the issued stock, from Rodney Detrick (51 shares) and Britton Detrick (49 shares), to Edward Brown.
