Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P.O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by February 20, 2018. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2018-2641022. Vandoren Boone, t/a B Line Van Services (5017 North Marvine Street, Philadelphia, PA 19141) in paratransit service, limited to transportation to correctional facilities and amusement parks, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2018-2644131. Platinum Limousine Services, Inc. (3001 Vare Avenue, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19145) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, from points in Delaware County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

Applications of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under each application.

A-2018-2643009. Quinn Moving, LLC (436 Powell Lane, West Chester, Chester County, PA 19380) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Chester, Delaware, Berks, Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia Counties.

A-2018-2643259. Kerb, Inc. (18580 Ventura Boulevard, Suite B, Tarzana, CA 91356) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Allegheny County, to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa.

A-2018-2643816. Budd Van Lines, Inc. (24 Schoolhouse Road, Somerset, NJ 08873) household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

A-2018-2644044. Reliable Moving and Removal, LLC (321 North 7th Avenue, Lebanon, Lebanon County, PA 17046) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Application of the following for the approval of the transfer of stock as described under the application.

A-2018-2644081. Assured Claimant Transport Service, Inc. (469 East North Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA 17013) for the approval of the transfer of 100 shares of the issued stock from Dennis G. McKendry (80 shares) and Karen McKendry (20 shares) to Michael D. Vishnesky. Attorney: Joseph G. Muzic, Jr., 212 North Queen Street, Lancaster, PA 17603.
