OSM 13,40(3202,3204)101.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Beaver Brook East/Beaver Brook South, Hazle Township, Luzerne County, and Banks Township, Carbon County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include: clearing and grubbing, 5.1 acres; grading, 44,000 cubic yards; drainage excavation, 936 cubic yards; and rock lining, 962 square yards.

 This bid issues on March 30, 2018, and bids will be opened on May 3, 2018, at 2 p.m. Bid documents, including drawings in PDF format and AutoCAD Map 3D format, may be downloaded for free beginning on the issue date from the Department of Environmental Protection by going to www.BidExpress.com. This project is financed by the Federal government under the authority given it by the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (act) (30 U.S.C.A. §§ 1201—1328) and is subject to the act and to the Federal grant for this project.
