On March 7, 2012, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company and The First Liberty Insurance Corporation a filing for rate level changes for private passenger automobile insurance.
Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company requests an overall 7.1% increase amounting to $5,269,000 annually, to be effective August 5, 2012, for renewal business.
The First Liberty Insurance Corporation requests an overall 7.0% increase amounting to $10,508,000 annually, to be effective August 5, 2012, for renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to May 6, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
