Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P.O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by September 11, 2017. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under the application.

A-2017-2618354. Conrad Graybill, t/a Graybill Trans (306 Willow Lane, New Holland, Lancaster County, PA 17557) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in Lancaster County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of persons by transfer of rights as described under the application.

A-2017-2613832. JB Taxi, LLC, t/a County Taxi Cab (777 Corporation Street, P.O. Box 471, Beaver, Beaver County, PA 15009) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons upon call or demand, in the Townships of North Fayette, Oakdale, Robinson, Coraopolis, Moon, Findlay and Kennedy, Allegheny County; which is to be a transfer of the rights from A-2009-2120572 issued to Cindy's Carriages, LLC. Box 501, Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA 17522) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in the County of Lancaster, and from points in said county, to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa. A-2017-2617567. Garden Spot Equipment Auction, Inc. (4412 Oregon Pike, P.O. Box 501, Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA 17522) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in airport transfer service, from points in the County of Lancaster to the following named airports and vice versa: Philadelphia International Airport, in the City and County of Philadelphia and the Township of Tinicum, Delaware County; Harrisburg International Airport, in the Township of Lower Swatara, Dauphin County; and Lancaster Municipal Airport in the Township of Manheim, Lancaster County. Subject to the following condition: That the service be provided in vehicles having a seating capacity of 15 passengers or less. Attorney: George T.
