This hearing is being conducted under section 1101(a)(2) of the Right-to-Know Law (law) (65 P. S. § 67.1101(a)(2)) to determine whether certain records are exempt from disclosure under the ''trade secrets or confidential proprietary information'' exception in section 708(b)(11) of the law (65 P. S. § 708(b)(11)).
Persons with a disability who wish to attend the hearing should contact the Office of Open Records (OOR) to make arrangements for their special needs. Call the OOR at least 5 business days prior to the hearing to submit a request.
