Fertilizer Nutrient Values

The Secretary of Agriculture, under 3 Pa.C.S. §§ 6701--6725 (relating to Fertilizer Act), establishes the commercial values per pound of nitrogen, available phosphate and soluble potash.
The values are established as follows:
| Nitrogen | 40¢ per pound |
| Available phosphate | 32¢ per pound |
| Soluble potash | 23¢ per pound |

Effective Date
