Notice of Extension of Time Period to File Protests, Objections or Other Written Comments
Whereas, the original deadline for filing protests, objections or other written comments in the above-captioned matter was originally December 5, 2003; and
Whereas, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Banking (''Department'') has received several protests, objections or other written comments related to the above-captioned matter; and
Whereas, the Department believes that additional protests, objections or other written comments related to the above-captioned matter may be forthcoming; and
Whereas, in the interests of fairness and a comprehensive review of the above-captioned matter, the Department believes that more time is warranted to file protests, objections or other written comments related to the above-captioned matter.
And Now, Therefore, pursuant to 10 Pa. Code § 3.5(b), the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Banking, hereby extends the time period to file with the Department protests, objections or other written comments related to the above-captioned matter until January 5, 2004.
