And Now, this 20th day of March, 1998 in order to cover the administrative costs of monitoring, collecting, and enforcing all Court ordered costs, it is hereby
Ordered and Decreed that, effective immediately, a charge of ten ($10.00) dollars shall be added to the initial filing fee for all miscellaneous cases in which the Clerk of Courts assesses costs filed in the Office of the Clerk of Courts of Carbon County.
